1. Service Fees
While Inmigralink provides a large amount of information free of charge, we charge fees for certain services (“Service Fees”). All Service Fees will be clearly listed on our website.
Government agencies, such as USCIS or the U.S. Department of State, may also charge fees for the filing and processing of various forms (“Government Fees”). Government Fees are separate from Service Fees and must be paid directly to the applicable government agency unless Inmigralink explicitly agrees to remit them on your behalf.
If Inmigralink agrees to remit Government Fees on your behalf and the fees increase before your application is filed, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Simply: We charge for certain services. Our fees are listed on the website and do not include separate government fees, which we will clearly communicate.
2. Payment of Service Fees
When purchasing services that require Service Fees, you must provide valid, up-to-date payment information (credit card or other approved method). You authorize Inmigralink to charge your payment method for all Service Fees as they become due.
You are responsible for keeping payment information current. If a payment cannot be processed, Inmigralink is not obligated to provide the associated services. In some cases, we may require payment of the remaining balance before completing or shipping your application.
Simply: To pay for our services, provide accurate payment info. If payment fails, we may pause or stop your services, and in some cases request full payment immediately.
3. Minimum Number of Payments
If you choose a payment plan to pay Service Fees or Government Fees over multiple installments, a minimum number of payments may be required before your application is submitted. This will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Simply: Payment plans require a minimum number of payments before your application is processed.
4. Treatment of Fees Paid
Service Fees paid to Inmigralink cover the technology, tools, and resources we provide to facilitate your application process. Fees are considered earned upon receipt.
Government Fees are kept separate from Service Fees and will be returned to you upon request, as long as they have not been submitted to the government.
5. Refunds / Credits
Inmigralink offers a 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for most services. Refund or credit requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If your application has already been reviewed by an attorney or is ready to submit, refunds may not be issued. Requests for refunds beyond 14 days, except for billing errors, are subject to Inmigralink’s discretion.
Simply: Refunds are available within 14 days for most services. Once your application is reviewed or ready to submit, refunds are generally not available.
