This Terms of Use Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) is a legally binding agreement between you (\u201cUser,\u201d \u201cyou,\u201d or \u201cyour\u201d) and Inmigralink (\u201cInmigralink,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Inmigralink website, including all subdomains, content, features, tools, and services (collectively, the \u201cWebsite\u201d or \u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.<\/p>

      • You are encouraged to consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal advice regarding your specific situation.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. No Government Affiliation<\/li><\/ol>

          Inmigralink is a privately owned company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency.<\/p>

                  All service fees are disclosed prior to purchase.<\/p>

                  • Government filing fees are separate and not included unless explicitly stated.<\/li>
                  • Refunds, if any, are governed by Inmigralink\u2019s Refund Policy, which may be provided separately or incorporated by reference.<\/li>
                  • Work already performed is generally non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>
